Stephen Scott, CPA

Stephen Scott is a 1992 graduate of the University of Houston where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting.  He began his accounting career immediately after graduation by working for the International public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse (currently Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLC) where he spent several years serving primarily two of the firm’s largest oil and gas clients. 

 Stephen Scott obtained his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1995 while employed at American General Corporation (currently American International Group AIG) as a Coordinator in the Corporate Financial Reporting group.  Stephen has spent four years employed by Dynegy Inc., a Houston based Energy Marketing and Trading Company, where he held senior level accountant, supervisory and management positions.

Stephen has an extensive background in financial statement auditing of publicly and privately held companies, general ledger accounting and financial statement analysis.
